Bill Pay services are down for a scheduled upgrade.

When will this change take place?

Bill Pay will be unavailable on Tues., May 2nd and Wed., May 3rd. Once conversion is complete, your access to Bill Pay will be restored. On May 4th, we expect to be back up and running better than ever before!


Will other services be down too?

No. This upgrade will only affect Bill Pay. You will still have access to all of your other services, such as home and mobile banking, estatements, ATMs and CORA.


What happens to my scheduled payments?

Payments scheduled to pay out

  • Now through May 1st will process normally.
  • May 2nd and 3rd will process later than usual; possibly as late as May 4th.
  • May 4th and beyond will process in the new system.


What information WILL Transfer from my existing Bill Pay?

  • Payee contact and account information
  • All payments scheduled to process on or after May 2nd


What information WILL NOT Transfer from my existing Bill Pay?   

  • Bill payment history - download/print history you wish to keep by May 1st!
  • Money HQ will no longer be available.


How will payments be made in the new system? 

Most payments will be delivered electronically. Funds for electronic payments will be deducted on the payment due date indicated in Bill Pay. Some payees will be sent a paper check through the mail. Funds for paper checks will be withdrawn from your account when the check is presented for payment by the payee’s financial institution. This may occur after the due date.


When will funds be taken from my account? 

**IMPORTANT CHANGE**  Payments will come out of your account ON or AFTER the payment date you choose in Bill Pay. This is a change from the current system which withdraws the funds immediately. When reviewing your account balance, it’s very important to remember scheduled payments so you do not accidentally overdraw your account!
