COVID-19 Update

(November 18, 2020)

Northland Area Federal Credit Union is doing our part to limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our members, employees, and our communities. For this reason, effective Wednesday, November 18, all Northland branch lobbies will be closed, and we will continue serving members by drive-thru only. The Alpena lending office will also be closed to walk-in traffic.

During this time, we want to remind you that you can always access your account from the comfort of your home 24/7 with Home Banking at northlandcu.com and the Northland mobile app to:

• Move money between accounts

• Pay bills when and where you want

• View your account balance and recent transactions

• And much more >

For loan requests or other services, please use your mobile app or home banking on our website northlandcu.com, or call our Contact Center at (989) 739-1401.

Northland is monitoring the latest news regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reports, and is taking many precautionary measures to ensure our members and team members remain safe and healthy.

We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of handwashing and staying home from work if they feel sick. We have canceled meetings with large gatherings to help prevent the spread of the illness.

If you have concerns related to your banking needs due to the impact of the coronavirus, please call us at (989) 739-1401 Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. For individual branch hours in your area, click here.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and evaluate additional measures to support our members and communities as needs arise.
