Northland Area Federal Credit Union is doing our part to limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus and committed to ensuring the health and safety of our members, employees and our communities. For that reason, effective Wednesday, March 18 all Northland branch lobbies will be closed and we will continue serving members by drive-thru only. The Alpena lending office will also be closed to walk-in traffic.

During this time, we want to remind you that you can always access your account from the comfort of your home 24/7 with Home Banking at northlandcu.com and the Northland mobile app to:

  • Deposit checks anytime (upon eligibility)
  • Pay bills when and where you want
  • View your account balance and recent transactions
  • Move money between accounts

Northland is monitoring the latest news in regards to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reports and have taken a number of precautionary measures to ensure our members and team members remain safe and healthy.

We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of hand washing and staying home from work if they feel sick. We have canceled meetings with large gatherings to help prevent the spread of the illness.
